Pluspunten
- Flexibility to choose when and how you work. Everyone sets their own time off. You're measured by your results, not time spent working. - Incredibly empathetic, generous, and performance-driven culture. I felt right at home. - The team is growth-oriented, deliberate, and fast-paced. I immediately stepped into projects and responsibilities that make an impact. - Everyone I work with is ridiculously effective at their job and communicates exceptionally well. My best work at a previous company would be table-stakes here. The upside is that I've grown more in the past 6 months than I thought was possible. - My manager has been generous and supportive in my first 6 months — but still provide a wide range of autonomy. - Everyone is a part-owner in the company and shares in the upside. Super transparent decision-making means every team member understands why and how big decisions are made — and can their input is valued.
Minpunten
- You'll have a bad time if you're not impact-driven. There's a low tolerance for busywork, time-wasting meetings, etc. A big component of salaries and bonuses depend on individual and company-wide performance — which is a huge plus as long as your expectations are aligned. - Startups tend to attract hard workers who have trouble "shutting off" — and I'm no exception. I have to peel myself away from work after 5 p.m. Teammates are 100% supportive in taking time to recharge — but it's something I'm actively learning to do better.
