I have been an employee at Tailwind for several years, and I can confidently say that it is a great place to work. First off, I have had plenty of opportunities to grow my skills in my role, and I am grateful to be able to challenge myself and take my career to the next level. Moreover, I have a great relationship with my manager. I trust him and know that he has my back when times are tough. I am also glad that Tailwind appreciates and respects people of all different ages and backgrounds. I am not the typical tech worker in terms of background, and I have had a great deal of opportunity to succeed here. Recently, the company has restructured and addressed challenges that have been mentioned in other reviews here. At Tailwind, I am surrounded by colleagues that I truly respect. They have smart ideas and great insights, which makes for a very collaborative work environment. On top of that, we have a very kind and supportive culture. People are not afraid to admit when they make mistakes -- and we learn from our experiences without blaming each other. This creates a positive atmosphere and is something that I appreciate about Tailwind. Oh! and, we have a flexible work environment that is WFH first, and the best insurance coverage I’ve had in my career.
