The people here have good intentions and operate better than many other companies in the local area

Minpunten

I would not recommend this company to potential new employees. The workplace is chaotic and there are regular layoffs. The leadership team is constantly pursuing unrealistic pivots, leading to a lack of direction and stability. Overall, the work environment is not conducive to career growth or job security.

Tailwind cares about its people as much as a business can. The leadership there has always been supportive, and ready to listen to calls for change.

Minpunten

Direction changes a lot, and you don't always know if you'll be working on the same thing for the next few months, even when you're told you are.

Tailwind is a great company with great leadership and a strong vision for their product. There was a very collaborative spirit among the team, and everyone pushed each other to be the best version of themselves.

Minpunten

Working for a company that is relatively young always comes with challenges. The expectations are high, but I don't see that as a con; it's just a reality that you need to know about before you enter the VC-funded tech world.
