The people here are amazing. The culture is inclusive, full of outreach and opportunities. The teams are invested in individual growth and learning. There are events to attend constantly, from parties to art shows, ice cream festivals, and conferences. They pay as much attention to social development as they do career development.

Very disorganized management and company. T2 is basically a holding company and lets the labels, especially Rockstar, have free rein to do what they want with no accountability to T2 management. T2 employees always criticize Rockstar and their employees as arrogant. Workplace is a cluster with no real input and are at the mercy of the labels and their directions - just puppets bending to the whims of the labels. Very difficult to make change
