I am a sales representative for Genuent and have worked closely with the Talent Path team and consultants for the past year. I have had the opportunity of engaging with numerous consultants and have directly helped place 17, of which, 4 have already converted into full time positions within our employer partners. I share that because I’m often amazed by what the consultants achieve throughout the program. Our training isn’t easy, and the real-world scenarios created can sometimes be challenging. We had a scenario recently where several consultants were placed on a critical project warranting C-level executive interaction. They worked with executives form a future 500 company AND nailed it! I’ve supported several client partners that wanted to develop specialized training (upskilling) in order to promote individuals into other positions focused on infrastructure and development. The real fun has been watching them transition into specialize roles like Salesforce Administrators, Scrum Masters and Data Analysts. Look, I felt compelled to draft this review because the path of each person is clearly different. However, the success of the program is real and the lives of those that complete the program are changing. It’s awesome to see, cool to be a part of and fun to share in the success of others. This is a thanks to all the consultants that have given their “ALL” to the program and Talent Path – you are what makes my job worthwhile!
