Talent Tech is a fast pasted work environment with a startup culture. It been a blast to work here and as much as I like the work I love the people. The company is growing fast and very supportive of my areas of interest. If you are passionate about a role or new initiative they don't hesitate to get you involved.

The company is changing very quickly and most employee's have adjusted to the new culture but a few are still lagging behind. Healthcare options for US employees are pretty limited.

Richmond... Would be great if the offices were in Vancouver instead. However, it is conveniently located in Richmond so one can commute via CanadaLine and shuttle bus. Coffee - it's not that great, could be improved upon...
