Talon.One has built a world-class product trusted by some of the biggest brands on the planet, but what really sets it apart is the team. They're strong, accessible leaders who know how to run a modern tech company. On top of that, the compensation and benefits are competitive, and the work-life balance is solid.
Minpunten
The only con I can mention is the difficulty of moving from an SDR role to an Account Executive role. With such an enterprise-grade product, the company is looking for experienced and highly strategic sellers to sell its product. There are, however, genuine paths to other internal roles like Account Management, SDR Team Lead, Customer Success, or Partnerships.
