When raised with HR, the responses are consistently vague, using terms like “sorting” and “processing”, with no definite timelines or accountability. Even after completing the initial six months, the company continues to pay only ₹20,000. Employees are often posted far from their home districts, making it difficult to manage accommodation, food, and basic living expenses, especially when salaries are delayed or reduced. The company appears to take advantage of the current unemployment situation, assuming employees will continue working out of fear of losing their jobs. There is high attrition, and employee count is maintained mainly through constant hiring rather than retention. Despite ongoing internal financial issues, the company continues to expand offices and recruit aggressively, creating a misleading impression of stability.
