Tangible has an environment of nepotism. This is a small company that has grown a lot recently, and many of the people that were with the company from its early years have jobs that resemble sinecures. The health benefits are nice, but due to the high deductible/benny card system, it is necessary that the employee remains fastidious about keeping receipts and EOBs. There is a caste system in place as it relates to the company's direction. Business plans, company welfare, and growth are shrouded and obscured from employees. HR policies are largely inconsistent. Telework is forbidden, with the exception of the few who somehow have managed to work out understandings with management. Substandard time off policies. No sick time, and two weeks vacation, regardless of time employed.
