Job was fine, pay was decent too, the work was fairly mundane and required a good amount of focus and detail to attention as the CSMs are also responsible for the integrations.

Minpunten

More than a CSMs job is required to complete the role to a satisfactory level.

Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
