Really good team, all the guys that are there help and want to do well. Really good work atmosphere. Extremely physical job so extremely good for the mental health . Unfortunately it is only enjoyable for able bodied individuals with ergonomic experience. My manager is extremely supportive easy to talk to and has the outmost professionalism while he works and has increased my own standards as a worker for sure. I’m very excited to be on the team. Extremely inclusive even when presented with a variety of different team members. It’s a small company that values good workers , and celebrates production goals. Personally love working here and waited a couple months to post a review . I smacked my head a couple times and they honestly are very concerns about safety . All safety meetings are taken incredibly seriously and I am checked in on . I have been taught a really healthy work culture here and know that the guys have my back and I am looking out for theirs. The only way that could happen is by everybody here .

You need to increase food intake while working a lot , personally it’s a welcomed challenge but for others that can be hard with the economy .My manager prioritized health and provides fruit to the team in the middle of the week to get us by . The drive to work requires you to have a reliable vehicle since the dirt highway after a rain can be hazardous at times .
