Minpunten
- I experienced "nurses eating their young," racist patient and nurses, and micro aggressions at work
- Nursing leadership is not the best
- It is difficult to get a job at Tanner
- We were always short-staffed
- It is not a teaching hospital, so there are limited opportunities for learning
- It is a small facility, so you do not get to see a lot or do a lot as a nurse
- You get used to the patient population and know what to expect if you have worked on the same unit for 1-2 years
- Far commute to work if you live in the city
