Finding a company with such a great mission, whilst also being financially rewarding is tough. But with TTS, I truly feel I've found it. What is fantastic is the diversity of the staff, as all the staff are heavily invested in their sender's countries, whether they are originally from there or have a deep desire to help those in countries with struggling economic conditions. The autonomy I've had to work and deliver major change in the company and for my receiver country has been massive. Has been a really great place to grown and learn from doing. The opportunity to travel and meet clients has been fantastic, as it is such an international company
