For team members, the pay is too small to deal with high stress situations, rude guests, and to work full-time in an economy such as this. I know this is retail, and jobs and hours are going to get cut, but to keep good employees around, there should not be any hours cut. People are trying to make a living and are trying to pay bills and take care of their families.
