The people! The people who work here are so supportive, so talented, and really motivated to create an exceptional experience for the guest. Not to mention, there are a ton of perks working for Target. (Free gifts, discounts, etc). And I especially love that we're constantly improving and working on bleeding edge technology.

Minpunten

Coming in straight from college, they definitely promise more than they give. Negotiating salary once you're in the system is really hard, and your manager may not be very motivated to help you with career growth.
