      They pretend like were a family and they care but they really dont if you complain they will fire you for no reason or even worse cut your hours down to one 4 hour shift a week. Ive seen it happen to others they do that until you want to quit

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
