They say you get 3 breaks during an 8 hour shift but they pile so much daily work on you, you can’t take all three breaks or even two breaks most of the time. The store manager is out of touch with what team members are up against and frequently makes their work harder. Target used to care about their team members but ever since they started paying 13.00 they’ve eliminated job titles and just piled on more work for the existing team members. Honestly 13.00 is just not worth being set up for failure EVERY SINGLE DAY.
