Target is a great company overall. Working as an executive team leader at a store level you learn a lot about the company and operations. Management is great at majority of the stores and they really do care about you. The training teaches you everything you need to know about the job. There is always fellow ETL's around to help you if you need any help. Salary is also good for out of college person.
Minpunten
If you are not retail-oriented person this is not the job for you. This job requires a lot of energy and enthusiasm to perform the duties. Sometimes you can end up working 10-12 hours a day depending on the workload .
