Key initiatives and programs are run out of HQ or executed by Vendors hence, no pressure to work. Free lunch, multiple cuisine - Indian, Chinese, Thai, Veg/Nonveg, unlimited tea/coffee and access to CCD coffee machines. Best place to work for - folks with loads of money, no ambition in life, share/stocks trading, build a house, start a family, retirement, plan vacations. Coming to work is like going to college. No responsibilities and accountabilty. It's like living a dream.
