Target is good at hiring ETLs with energy and a passion to succeed. The days are long, but they go by fast. I love to learn new things and every day I learn something new. Target is all about feedback, and I love feedback... it's the only way to improve. There are many opportunities and Target will keep you engaged. It's retail... so hours can be long, but what do you expect... it's retail. Can't have every weekend off... it's retail. I don't like baby sitting Team Members, but it's retail. Too many visits full of recognition and
