Work every other weekend, early morning, and some nights Long hours (anywhere from 12-16) - to be fair they tell you up front to expect to work on avg. a 55hr. work week. Lot of red tape with HR Recent organizational restructuring and future will lead to more work pushed up to ETLs and down to basic team members vs. former tier of team leaders. Problem is most TMs are not well trained and it takes time to get them up to speed.
