Flexibility, second job, coworkers were great. I enjoyed working for logistics flow. They do try to listen to new ideas. I liked the company culture.

Hard to advance if you dont have degree or dont talk a lot I saw a lot of good hardworking people who didnt get promoted simply because they did not run their mouths off like the new managers did.
