Pluspunten
Ability to be trained in multiple areas. Many of the other team members are a pleasure to work alongside. There is a fair amount of leeway as conflicts arise with work schedules.
Minpunten
Pay is significantly below that of competitors. Raises are very small (mine was 2/3%). Leadership seems very disconnected from the team members. Expectations often change with little to no warning.
