The job was fun, but other people made it miserable

Minpunten

Team Members hate their lives because they are practically whipped to work faster and more efficient while given zero help and upper management treats anyone below them as trash. Raises are also complete Bull.

The location I worked for had a great group of people... *Their RF system pretty much does all the guess work for you *Fulfillment, drive-up, and ship positions are fun to work

Minpunten

The amount of experience I have in fulfillment order processing exceeds the starting pay scale... *Everywhere is short-staffed *Their call-in policy is to call the store; you can't really get a hold of anyone, and there is an option for call-in on the app, but it is considered a no-call no-show if you don't call the store. You should be able to call in on the app, and that should be enough. It's double the work.
