- Lack of transparency: Management often withholds crucial information, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. - Toxic work culture: Instances of favoritism, micromanagement, and discriminatory behavior create a hostile work environment. - Poor leadership: Ineffective leadership at various levels contributes to miscommunication, conflict, and decreased morale among employees. -Lack of development: Has no clear training programs and when asked if department shifts were possible, I was told to seek a part time job in my spare time by my senior leader that required me to work 50 hours a week. -Will make you feel "Target"ed when you try to hold them accountable to company values.

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Minpunten

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
