I've been with Target for several years and worked at mulitiple stores in different states and i can honestly say we have very good management for the most part everyone is repectful and realistic with their expectations of their team-members. There is plenty of room for advancement and transfering from store to store is always an option, stores often reach out to each other to fill positions, although this can be a slow process at times leaving some feeling as if they were passed up. Very good organization and processes for every aspect of business.
