      Im not lying when I say there are literally no pros to out weigh the cons

      Should be reported to the BBB. Horribly abusive and toxic leadership, primarily Brian Epperson, the CEO. I was there for a few years but would literally rather kick rocks than ever go back to this hole. Abrasive, disrespectful, and would regularly throw staff under the bus or threaten them to their face in front of an audience. The fear tactics are real here. But you cant go to HR because it’s his wife. Horrible pay, I was bothered constantly when I took unpaid leave, and loves to hold your job over your head like a carrot on a stick

      The CEO frequently yells at employees for no reason and threatens to fire the team. You'll be asked to share, like, and comment on both clients' and the company's posts, which feels invasive and unprofessional. Sometimes, they even follow up and ask for proof that you've shared them. As an independent contractor, you receive no benefits—even if you're based in the US. You're required to work using your own tools, with no reimbursement from the company. Regarding the "Great Place to Work" award, we were practically forced to vote for it so the company could win—which is unethical. The CEO insists we speak in meetings even when there's nothing to say, yet every time someone does, they get yelled at or dismissed with an eye roll. No opportunities for career growth. Leadership roles for women are just an illusion—while we may get the positions, the salary IS NOT equal to that of men or employees in other countries.
