Okay for starter va with no experience

No benefits Low salary Toxic leadership Paid in hourly rate, if they don't have client you won't get paid They require you to be online for 8 hours and respond to their message even if you don't have any tasks. They kept on hiring va's even though there are tenured va's without a fulltime client. Doesn't matter if you are a highly skilled seo specialist, web developer, social media marketer, writer, the rate will still be the same No career growth

The business model really favors the customer so as an employee it would be nice to get a little more consistency.
