First off, these people like to have fun. The work culture is outstanding: very relaxed and social. Strong emphasis on teamwork. The people who work in management positions are very friendly, approachable, and take a hands-off approach (no micromanagement here!) to interacting with employees. The work is interesting, there's an espresso machine and free fruit in the kitchen, and sometimes Rock Band breaks happen.
