      Decent pay and flexible work environment

      Minpunten

      - Frequent layoffs which creates an unstable work environment and significant job insecurity. They had 3 layoffs during my time there. Don't even know why they still keep hiring after all the layoffs. - Lack of innovation or a clear vision for the product, leading to poor market performance. - Leadership seems more focused on cutting costs than creating value or fostering employee growth. - Stay away from this company if you love your career

      Phenomenal work culture, great people, and a good product.

      Don't have much to say here. One con, would just be that its a new market, so building a consistent pipeline has been slower than expected.

      * Remote * Easy people to work with

      Complete joke of a company. They lost 1 million dollars within the first 2 months of starting in the US because the product sucks. They cut their employees salary by 20k and honestly if I were you I would work anywhere else. They laid off an employee after only 2 months of working for no reason at all.
