Not much. Used to have good overtime but not anymore.

Minpunten

The management and higher level Duane only cares about how many fish we could make per minute. They only care about the data on the dashboard, instead of real people. How employees feel about working under stress. Whether it is bearable for people to work twice as fast than before etc. This company is profit based.
