Pluspunten
Tastemade is well organized, lean but incredibly qualified staff on all levels. Tastemade has an amazing production studio, office spaces and team mentality. No matter what role you are in, you are constantly working for the greater good of the company. The morale is high and every opinion matters. There are no bad ideas, everyone is considered and treated as an integral part of the company's success.
Minpunten
In truth, there aren't many cons. I wish that the offices around the country could all get together more but that's just financially impossible and when the founders had an opportunity to get everyone together, they did. I can't ask for more than that.
