Minpunten

Tatari is still experiencing extreme growing pains especially within the Client Services department. The leadership team is heartless and ignorant to many of the employees’ recommendations and needs. There is a quite toxic culture at Tatari that requires consistent commitment to logging on early/getting off late, with no guarantee of being compensated for your hard work, especially if you are not are part of the small group of employees that have been there since the ‘early days’. They continue to change their policy on return to office, while promoting themselves as a ‘people first’ organization with a majority of employees wanting to remain remote. I would not recommend Tatari to any person that desires an organization that will foster career growth or provide compassion.

We strongly believe that your review lacks understanding of how Tatari operates and how you may be the culprit of your experience–all of which unfairly represent the work and the culture Tatari has built throughout the years and how many of our employees are grateful for what Tatari represents for them. Tatari values its employees for their contributions and rewards them accordingly through our performance review process. Countless employees have been promoted through the ranks (not just the “early day” employees), and we pride ourselves as a Company that grows and nurtures its employees. Management has never stated that Tatari would be a remote culture. During COVID WFH, we actively recruited in cities where Tatari has office locations, knowing that we would return to the office one day. In addition, we rolled out a very gentle RTO policy (1 day a week for ~9 months and recently increasing to 2 days a week) and allow our employees to select the days that best work for them. Tatari will always be hybrid first as we understand that the workplace landscape has changed permanently. Our employees’ voices are always heard and considered. This year, Tatari implemented quarterly employee surveys to focus on different key topics. While we try our best to address key concerns, we also recognize that some concerns will take time to change, and some concerns are driven by personal agendas. Tatari management has a fiduciary responsibility to make the best decision for the company as a whole, which also includes valuing its employees while creating a healthy and challenging work environment.

Of all the companies I've worked for Tatari has fostered the best culture The TV-centric focus positions us well in the marketplace as many of our clients know the social platforms but not TV at all The product is world-class and makes it's simple to gather key campaign details in seconds while also making campaign execution doable for folks with little to no prior media buying experience

Minpunten

Lots of internal admin requirements like filling in spreadsheets to provide client updates No pay bands for newly created positions The days feel long at times where it feels like you can't leave your desk, especially when client meetings are scheduled
