Communication needs to be improved. i find senior management keep alot of cards to their chest and then just show them all at once. not cute also I think for what we do the pay is poor. a shame when heads are getting fat bonuses

It used to be they pay every week, now it's every 2 weeks

Nobody knows anything. You don't know who answers to who and there is no accountability anywhere. Basically a free for all, just show up and you'll get a check.
