Management is scared of clients and will allow them to ask for and do whatever they want typically forcing their employees to suffer. Management is completely terrified of one on one conversation and confrontation with employees making for some very uncomfortable dynamics in the office. Members of management do not even sit in the same state as the employees they manage and try to manage an entire business and all its employees remotely. Zero discussion on performance or issues employees may be having that, if executed, would improve employee performance as well as the overall performance of the business as a whole.
