The people that have new and better opportunities are the new employees, the actual employees should wait around 1 year to a new opportunity, also the actual employees are the ones that they give more work even the employees have a lower salary. The salary is very low again the actual market. If you check the history of the reviews you can notice that on June 22 there are a lot of good reviews, that is because, in that day, the company did a party and in that party they told to the employees to make good reviews and they will raffle an IPAD, in other words, the company bribe for those reviews.
