Pluspunten

There are no Pros! The company is good only for people who doesn’t have any experience and wants to gain some while working in the tech industry. After 6 months/ 1 year just leave the company and find a better place where you can develop further as a professional.

Minpunten

The Cons are a lot, I don’t even know from where to start. •low salaries •immature management which doesn’t want to take any responsibility for their actions or the actions of the people they manage. •lies and false information (no transparency) about your career development coming from the management and higher management (the lie is in their blood) • A lot of discrimination - no equal chances for career progression and training enrollment. They have to thank me and the gods that I haven’t involved the mass media and court to show their true face to the world. I just didn’t want to waste my time and nerves on small people with small minds : ) I won’t even get any pleasure from that but I believe that the karma will do its job. Their life is already a **** so I cannot feel anything else than feeling sorry for them. • The management didn’t lead they manage with fear •If you have interest in learning new things, enrol in certification programs and willingness to add a diversity of new skills to your set they will use it against you. You have to stay below their state of mind and ambition for progression. •The promotions are not based on how hard you work and try to contribute to the company. Some people are promoted because they know the right person or have romantic relationship. •They tolerates intimate relationships in the company which brings toxicity, discrimination and affects others career progression, promotions and recognitions. •Not forget to mention that most of the people in this company are with low self esteem and a lot of insecurities which they are mirroring all the time on people who are definitely more ambitious, intelligent, have more opportunities in their life and for sure will progress much further then the management wants. • This company trend is to hire people from villages and small cities. (The dummest and childish people are welcome) They need them because: - they can pay them less -they can treat them as bad as they want. Such people almost never leave and stay in the company because they have to pay rent, bills, doesn’t have a lot of opportunities and are afraid of changes and taking risks. Otherwise they will have to go back to the village or small city they are coming from. -they are easily brainwashed, manipulated and impressed by almost nothing opportunities -they will stay even if there is no recognition -they will stay even if there is no bonuses The environment is very toxic and all of the people I mentioned above are striving to compare because of their insecurities and old understandings for life gained while living almost all of their life in a small and closed community. They are getting very jealous and envy when they see someone that is doing better than them. Also, are definitely unhappy with what they already have but not smart enough to do the things the other way around and change. You can sense their vibe as soon as you step in the office and see their malicious faces.

Pluspunten

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Minpunten

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
