At Tek Experts, we run a pay-for-performance system that rewards employees based on their personal contributions to our business, and we currently run a framework called Tek Steps for our frontline employees, to enable them to map out career goals; each Tek Step corresponds with a base pay increase for qualified employees. This means as you grow with Tek, your pay grows. We also offer a combination of office, remote, and hybrid work, subject to the business units employees are part of and other qualifying criteria. We care about the welfare of our employees: we offer various #StrongerTogether webcasts and resources on mental health and other areas of personal interest to our employees. We recently concluded a one-week Mental Health Awareness for our employees. In addition to the Health Insurance provided for employees, we have an in-house sickbay with qualified nurses to attend to any health issue during working hours.
