Teknowledge is a pay-for-performance organization that rewards employees based on their personal contributions to our business. We have also implemented a framework called Tek Steps for our frontline employees, to enable them to map out career goals.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Minpunten

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
