All the opinions have a voice and will be listening to all the levels.
The managers genuinely care about their team and this is part of the company culture as well.
On the tech side, there is also a nice engineering culture. Like the rest of the company, the tech environment is very participative and the quality standards are quite high. The tech interviews are not easy but that makes that the level bar for developers is quite high and I like it.
The tech stack is pretty common, but the practices and rituals around the development make this place a nice place for constant learning.
