-> Work life balance is great, was very thankful for that -> pay is solid once you get to the right promotion, takes some time. Have to be willing to put in the time though. If you're experienced professional try and leverage that if you can during the hiring process. -> solid work culture, GTM leadership is very supportive and work hard to put their teams in the best possible position to succeed. -> if you work hard and be accountable to your day to day, you can get promoted.
Minpunten
-> The customers can be tough once brought on, but thats part of dealing with these independent practices. They rely heavily on this product to run their business'. Tebra has lots of customers, and depending on what these practices pay will determine how quickly they can get issues resolved on the CS side of the equation. Tebra made major improvements to fix the customer service and did while I was still there. Wont always be perfect but its better for sure. Retention is a major focus like most companies. -> Its a tough industry, and the company is trying to innovate but it takes time. They have some interesting things on the road map. Would be impressive if they can pull it off, but they do have some outdated product features that can make it hard to win against some of the other competitors. but they have added some solid AI related features that these Docs are liking. -> The layoffs were rough over the years but that was most companies and still is to an extent. Blending two cultures is not easy. lots of new faces when I left when before it was not the case. But ample room for a lot of the new GTM teams to move the company forward and make a nice name for themselves and for the trajectory of the business.
