-Manager oriented company...Manager is treated as god here and rest all junior are his slaves. -No carrier growth and very unfriendly environment -No job security...they can kick you anytime without giving any notice. - Very low pay scale -Increment is negligible and even stop increment for very stupid reasons. - Employees are not more than a burden for this company
