If you get a good project like BT then you have some good managers. If you get an unorganised project and if you are onsite then learn anything you want to learn.
Minpunten
Don't expect appraisals. In terms of paying bargain as much as you can when you are getting in. Don't expect salary hikes. Don't expect you can get out of the project you are into unless you quit. HR don't event bother to response to the enquiry if you are not a TG5 employee.
