Pluspunten
The actual work isn’t very demanding, and a few colleagues are supportive. But that’s about the only positive I can think of.
Minpunten
No Respect for Personal Boundaries: There’s zero sense of privacy. People constantly comment on others’ personal lives, and women especially face a lot of unnecessary judgment. Even things like family choices or lifestyle get discussed openly, sometimes even at lunch, which makes the workplace feel more like a gossip circle than a professional space. Gender Bias & Misogyny: There have been comments from leadership that were deeply disturbing and unacceptable in any setting, let alone a workplace. It creates a really exhausting environment. HR Is Not Employee-Friendly: HR unfortunately isn’t there for the employees. Most of the time, HR side with management, and genuine concerns are brushed aside. You can’t really go to her with issues because nothing gets done, and in some cases, things even get worse after speaking up. Unpredictable Leadership: The CEO behaves erratically, and the rules feel like they’re made up on the spot. There’s no consistency, no logic—just mood-based decisions. If something goes wrong, it’s met with yelling, not solutions. Reporting to leadership is honestly more stressful than the work itself. No Empathy, No Support: There’s a serious lack of basic compassion. Even when someone is going through a personal loss, it’s not respected. Toxic Culture & Forced Social Media Promotion: Every month, employees are expected to like and share company posts on LinkedIn and Instagram. If you don’t, your name is noted and you’re quietly called out or treated differently. It feels forced and fake, and definitely not something you’d expect from a healthy work culture. Fake Reviews & High Attrition: Many of the glowing reviews you’ll see online are written under pressure. If you're considering joining, I’d strongly suggest you speak to someone who’s worked here before. The attrition rate speaks for itself.
