Pluspunten

Very diverse workplace. People from different culture and of different colors are easily accepted here. No cultural discrimination whatsoever. I've learned a lot from these people. Though that doesn't mean everyone is easy to work with. There's also a lot of conflicts, but generally, getting accepted for the job if you're of different race and color won't be a problem here.

Minpunten

Endless workload because of the lack of people that management blatantly ignores! Long hours couldn't keep up with the amount of work because what we really need is more hands to do the job! Everyday's been brutal, exhausting, and the longer we work here, made us feel like our lives are draining!! Though I used to enjoy the job, now it feels like a punishment! I had to drag myself to go to work, and it's the same for everyone. Never seen morale have sunk as low as what we have here now! It's disheartening and discouraging, especially when you see good people leaving because everything seemed so hopeless!!

Pluspunten

Clients across different industries and geographies. Good training on sourcing and candidate outreach. Helpful access to candidate data and past search history. Support and guidance from managers when a client changes direction or a search slows down. Good exposure to international recruiting. Different markets, different expectations, different ways to talk to candidates. Nice earning potential if you're consistent.

I joined with prior recruiting experience, but the training still taught me new strategies for sourcing and closing. The program covered the company’s systems, client management processes, and candidate screening techniques. My supervisor closely monitored me during my first few placements, which went a long way in helping me build confidence. The training is solid, and I felt prepared to handle client calls after the first week.
