I had a difficult time while working for this employer. From day one, I was not trained properly on how to do my job so that I can perform to the best of my ability. I was basically thrown into the position with little to no guidance. When I asked to attend a one-day seminar that was a couple of hundred dollars, I was told that since upper management already knows the business there was no need for me to learn.
The business is not transparent and you really have no clue about the direction the company is going.
One member in upper management needs an assistant to help her better manage her calendar. She is a nice , pleasant person but her project management skills are not very desirable. She will communicate one thing but mean the complete opposite. Projects are done at the very last minute and it's due to poor communication and time management. I am blessed that I no longer work here.
