Friendly people on the front lines, good, relatable folks, everyone trying to help one another. Starting pay is decent - usually better than the current employees

Minpunten

Upper management, benefits, no annual or bi-annual reviews, no evaluation process, micromanagers starting to take over, production based business model, transfers to other departments doesn't always mean promotion. Be careful if you hear the word "opportunity". Just because it's in their handbook, does NOT mean upper management has to adhere to it.

- Easy entry to a great industry - Great exposure to different parts of the industry - Ability to move to different projects and learn new things - Coworkers are typically friendly and eager to help you - Free drinks in the cafe area - Usually no micromanaging (at least in my experience) - Affordable health insurance I only recommend this place to learn the industry and skills, then leave as soon as you are comfortable.

Minpunten

- SEVERELY underpaid for the work you do. Just look at other companies in the industry for the same job. - PTO is a joke in itself. You get 3 days for the entire first day. For a full-time job!! - Lack of structure for moving up. They themselves don't even have a clear answer of how advancement in the company looks. - No pay raise structure. Some people who deserve it don't get one, and vice versa. - Certain managers refuse to give you a good reason as to why they won't let you work from home, but this is not all of them. - Half the time, the project managers don't know the exact workflows and how things work. You are left educating them. - Hard work does not get recognized
