1. More politics. 2. Not a safe place for women. 3. No team work. 4. Completely negative environments. 5. Thinks employees are use and throw papers. 6.No professional behaviour, not respects for women, women harassment and mental torture. 7.if you give complaint,the management is not considere. 8.No equal opertuinities.very worst place.

I have started my career with TechSophy and been worked for almost one and half year for their different projects. The entire team is very helpful provided the great support in my entire tenure.
