Pluspunten
Training: Wonderful training, with teachers going above and beyond to help out their students. I.e. putting in additional hours and giving one and one attention, when needed. However, there were caveats, as outlined in the Cons section.
Living Arrangements: Boarding is provided to consultants.
Minpunten
Pay: The pay-rate is not exactly competitive with what other similar companies are willing to pay.
Culture: The culture of the place is very clique-ish. Favoritism occurs on a consistent basis with the BA teacher and marketers giving extra attention to his friends or marketers, favoring people who they happen to know personally.
Unprofessionalism: The last BA teacher was downright foul and arrogant. He was emotionally immature but he is no longer working there and I hope the new BA teacher is more decent than the last one.
Chaos: The training can be chaotic and the dates are set and changed arbitrarily. That being said, the BA teacher did put in a considerable amount of effort in order to bring everyone up to speed.
