Pluspunten
Great people, work in a lovely team of enthusiastic, intelligent people. People team at least talk like they really value employees wellbeing. Plenty of socialising for those in easy reach of the office.
Minpunten
No real benefits (fruit in the office! Cycle to work scheme!). Poor pension. Pay is poor and not tied to role you do or job market, e.g. software engineer, BI analyst & PM are all paid same rates, great for some but why would you stay in a technical role longer than a year or two when you're capped well below what elsewhere would offer you. Poorly defined people policies, mat/pat leave is pretty poor. Leadership stick their head in the sand over problems, e.g. poor morale, retention etc. Ownership by BAE is likely to root of much of this and if assimilation goes much further than it currently is I'd expect an exodus of staff. No guarantee of actually doing any work, some areas of the company are bloated and aren't bringing in enough work to occupy their staff.
